1. Purpose of Processing & Educational Scope:
This educational institution collects, records, and processes personal information, academic telemetry, and competency assessments solely for legitimate educational administration, course delivery, learning performance analysis, certification verification, and academic/training accreditation compliance.

2. Categories of Information Collected:
• Personal Identity & Contact Data: Full legal name, institutional email address, student or employee ID code, department or academic cohort, and optional profile portrait.
• Interactive Learning Telemetry: Video playback duration, watch-percentage completion milestones, interactive SCORM module runtime states (including cmi.core.lesson_status, raw score, and suspend_data bookmarks), quiz assessment answers and score attempts, and platform access timestamps.
• Learning Preferences & Accommodations: Self-assessed baseline skill levels, preferred instructional modalities, weekly study commitment hours, and requested accessibility support accommodations.

3. Lawful Basis & Security Safeguards:
Processing is conducted pursuant to your explicit affirmative consent and our legitimate educational obligations. All personal records are stored in multi-tenant isolated databases with automated Row-Level Security (RLS) policies and encrypted transmissions. Your data is strictly confidential and will never be sold, rented, or transferred to unauthorized commercial third parties.

4. Rights of the Data Subject:
In accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and GDPR Articles 15–22, you possess the right to:
(a) Be informed of how your educational information is collected and processed;
(b) Access and review your academic progress records and assessments;
(c) Dispute and rectify any inaccurate personal data;
